JAMES LEONARD HEWITSON
James Leonard Hewitson is an indie songwriter from Hartlepool. He released his first full-band album ‘Only The Noise Will Save Me’ in February 2020, which contained songs that have been praised by BBC Radio 6, Amazing Radio, top blogs such as CLASH, Line of Best Fit and more, as well as some songs being featured on TV shows like Made in Chelsea and Tattoo Fixers.
His style can be described as a mixture of indie-rock, post-punk, proto-punk and anti-folk, which hopefully offers something recognisable yet hard to pin down.
JAMES was set to play at End of The Road Festival this year, after winning their ‘Play EOTR’ competition.
