YOUNG MUSICIANS PROJECT
WE MAKE CULTURE’S YOUNG MUSICIANS PROJECT IS A free weekly group for 12-21 year olds which meets at Pop Recs Ltd (High Street West) from 11-1pm every Saturday.
THE Young Musicians Project is a chance for young people to have a go at music, meet like-minded young people and get songwriting support.
All young people are welcome to Young Musicians Project, whether you’ve never written a song before or if you have music you’re already working on. We also have an instrument library, so you don’t need to worry about no having your own kit.
THE GROUP PLAY regular gigs locally, at venues such as Pop Recs Ltd, Independent and The Fire Station, and at festivals, such as Summer Streets! THEY also regularly go into the Field Music recording studio to record THEIR work.
